Our meditation retreats aim to:

  1. Make meditation accessible and effective for everyone (beginner to experienced)

  2. Explore a full range of meditation modalities originating from various practices:
SPIRITUAL (Buddhist, Hindu Yoga, Christian Mystics) or
    SCIENTIFIC (Dr. Dispenza, HeartMath)
to craft an individualized approach that works for your interests, goals and experiences.

  3. Be budget friendly for guests. A flat one-day fee
is layered on top of whatever regular accommodation you book.
(Low budget primitive or group camping - Glamping - Treehouse - Log Cabin)

  4. Provide a resource-rich library for personal development and deeper seeking when you are at home.

  5. One-Day sessions can be scheduled over a multi-day stay or spaced over multiple stays, allowing time for practice between sessions.

  6. Session Price: $200 / person / day. Add it to your reservation.

      • I have always thought tabloid Astrology is highly questionable. Still do. But along the path of my journey, I discovered that math-based professional Astrology provided amazing insights into my life. It gave me encouragement regarding my strengths and warnings for landmines along my path to avoid.

    • Knowing what you want to change about yourself / your life is your WHY. It is part of your critical "Intent". Without a powerful intent, it is unlikely you will continue to practice. Without consistent practice you will not derive the powerful benefits of meditation.
