  • Sav-A-Lot  grocery store Is in Tracy City is at the intersection of Hwy 41 and Lakes Road.  Just 6 minutes away through the State Park.

  • It is illegal to transport firewood across State lines in Tennessee to avoid pest infestations.  You can purchase firewood from us, cut from the property.

  • NO.  Becky and I use our two side-by-side UTV’s to get around on the property and to offer tours.  But we have found that inviting off-roaders to bring ATVs results in way too much noice and trouble for those who come to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

We got the treehouse and enjoyed the sound of the waterfall from the deck.It was a cold weekday stay but that made it even more magical because in the mornings there was ice hanging off the cliffs and by midday it was perfect hiking and exploration weather.Totally looking forward to revisiting with y'all soon.

    While it was not the vacation we originally planned, it was the vacation we needed. The tree house was clean, comfortable and inviting. The sounds of the creek and waterfall were unbelievably peaceful, leading to many midday naps. There was plenty to see and do on site, but even more with all the beautiful state parks nearby. The hosts were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The best part was that there was not a mosquito to be seen! 10/10, definitely will stay again!

    Grant was a great host! He showed us around and was available for anything we may have needed. We spent our time hiking on the property, relaxing by the fire and sleeping outside at the treehouse listening to nature. It was very peaceful and everything we needed. My son loved the extra touch of the fairies in the forest and my dogs enjoyed playing in the creek. I would definitely recommend this place!

    Had a wonderful time in the Treetent! Such a wonderful piece of land to get the chance to camp on. The treetent itself is also a lot of fun - plenty of space to spread out.

    My husband and I stayed at the large primitive site with our 2 dogs ! Campsite was lovely we enjoyed walking around the woods and down to Millers Falls ! We got hit with some rain but lucky had all the right gear, The rain was actually really peaceful coming through the trees. Really loved the privacy and not running into any other campers. All and all we had a wonderful time. Would definitely return.

    Peace in outdoor luxury !This place really is a fantastic place to stay. You can hike around the area or just relax on the porch. The waterfall was not really flowing when we went but it was still lovely and peaceful. If you go when the water is flowing good it would be even more amazing. Will certainly be returning here. Grant and Becky are great host.

    Our Stay at "The falls at Sewanee creek" was absolutely AMAZING! What we expected was to stay in a glorified tent, detached from a big city, and hoped for a relaxing stay here. What we got was ...the absolute perfect location to spend a night above a 50ft waterfall that lullabied us to bed.A perfect storm came through in the night to maintain that REM. Then a fuller waterfall and a few dozen songbirds to wake us up in the morning. Not even temped to hit the snooze button on that! Mr.Miller's hospitality is superb. He enjoys sharing his creativity, which is impressive, and thanks to it we had a perfect glamper to stay in and have this great experience. We took our time getting up, had some coffee, and drank it on the back deck as we watched the waterfall, yes you read that right ..... waterfall is visible from the glamper, just laying in bed I can lift my head and see it. After morning, coffee we hiked down to the bottom of the falls and soaked in the beauty and the privacy of it.

    This was our second time staying on Grants beautiful property in the mountains of Tracy city! It seems to get better every time we visit. We brought our 8 month old son, Arlo, and it was his very first camping trip!! Grant and his wife are such genuine and kind people, they truly go out of their way to make your experience special and memorable. The property could be a state park itself, we spent several hours exploring the mountainside and admiring Miller Falls. Our campsite was huge, clean, and perfectly situated to view the sunset. This won’t be our last time camping on Grants property, and we so look forward to returning!

    Easily one of the coolest places I’ve ever camped. The hosts are amazing and the property is incredible. We stayed 2 nights in the tree tent and loved it. Loved having a babbling stream right by our camp that led us on an easy hike to a gorgeous waterfall. We stayed here while we were going to see a concert at The Caverns and we will be back again!
