  • Where is the closest grocery store?

     Sav-A-Lot  grocery store Is in Tracy City is at the intersection of Hwy 41 and Lakes Road.  Just 6 minutes away through the State Park.

  • What about firewood?

    It is illegal to transport firewood across State lines in Tennessee to avoid pest infestations.  You can purchase firewood from us, cut from the property   OR... you can buy it from a local Tracy  City convenience store for about $6 / bundle.

  • Can I ride my 4-wheeler on the property?

     NO.  Becky and I use our two side-by-side UTV’s to get around on the property and to offer tours.  But we have found that inviting off-roaders to bring ATVs results in way too much noice and trouble for those who come to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
