If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat, we took much needed time out of our life's to have a not so far from home getaway, and in doing so we found this amazing 45 acre paradise. We got the treehouse and enjoyed the sound of the waterfall from the deck.

It was a cold weekday stay but that made it even more magical because in the mornings there was ice hanging off the cliffs and by midday it was perfect hiking and exploration weather.

Grant, thank you for welcoming us to your outdoor kitchen and Yurtle! We loved relaxing by the waterfall, grilling out for dinner, and listening to the cicadas this morning. You've got a special place!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in the cabin on the property for our honeymoon. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We visited the falls on the property several times. Had a very relaxing and refreshing stay. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay, hiking/exploring. Wouldn't change a single thing!

Absolutely one of the very best trips I've ever been to! Hospitality was out of this world and the uniqueness of the land is just one of a kind. Definitely will not disappoint! We will be back for sure in the near future(: Thank you Mr. & Mrs Miller for everything!

While it was not the vacation we originally planned, it was the vacation we needed. The tree house was clean, comfortable and inviting. The sounds of the creek and waterfall were unbelievably peaceful, leading to many midday naps. There was plenty to see and do on site, but even more with all the beautiful state parks nearby. The hosts were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The best part was that there was not a mosquito to be seen! 10/10, definitely will stay again!

The fairy garden was super cool. We slept under the twinkle of those lights. It was a great secluded spot with a cool hike down to the waterfall. Would highly recommend

Grant was a great host! He showed us around and was available for anything we may have needed. We spent our time hiking on the property, relaxing by the fire and sleeping outside at the treehouse listening to nature. It was very peaceful and everything we needed. My son loved the extra touch of the fairies in the forest and my dogs enjoyed playing in the creek. I would definitely recommend this place!

One of a kind property. Totally unique venue for solace. Grant is a very personable host. A very special place.

Had a wonderful time in the Treetent! Such a wonderful piece of land to get the chance to camp on. The treetent itself is also a lot of fun - plenty of space to spread out.

My husband and I stayed at the large primitive site with our 2 dogs ! Campsite was lovely we enjoyed walking around the woods and down to Millers Falls ! We got hit with some rain but lucky had all the right gear, The rain was actually really peaceful coming through the trees. Really loved the privacy and not running into any other campers. All and all we had a wonderful time. Would definitely return.

Peace in outdoor luxury !

This place really is a fantastic place to stay. You can hike around the area or just relax on the porch. The waterfall was not really flowing when we went but it was still lovely and peaceful. If you go when the water is flowing good it would be even more amazing. Will certainly be returning here. Grant and Becky are great host.

the absolute perfect location to spend a night above a 50ft waterfall that lullabied us to bed.A perfect storm came through in the night to maintain that REM. Then a fuller waterfall and a few dozen songbirds to wake us up in the morning. Not even temped to hit the snooze button on that! Mr.Miller's hospitality is superb. He enjoys sharing his creativity, which is impressive, and thanks to it we had a perfect glamper to stay in and have this great experience. We took our time getting up, had some coffee, and drank it on the back deck as we watched the waterfall, yes you read that right ..... waterfall is visible from the glamper, just laying in bed I can lift my head and see it. After morning, coffee we hiked down to the bottom of the falls and soaked in the beauty and the privacy of it.”

"This was our second time staying on Grants beautiful property in the mountains of Tracy city! It seems to get better every time we visit. We brought our 8 month old son, Arlo, and it was his very first camping trip!! Grant and his wife are such genuine and kind people, they truly go out of their way to make your experience special and memorable. The property could be a state park itself, we spent several hours exploring the mountainside and admiring Miller Falls. Our campsite was huge, clean, and perfectly situated to view the sunset. This won’t be our last time camping on Grants property, and we so look forward to returning!"
